Introduction & Definitions

bg343 is an online gaming platform that offers a range of entertainment games for users in Bangladesh, including slots, live casino, and sports betting. This document serves as an agreement between bg343 and its users.

The following definitions apply throughout this document:

  • "Platform" means bg343's website, app, and all related services.
  • "User" or "You" means any person who has registered on bg343 or uses the platform.
  • "Account" means the user's registered profile, through which they access all services.
  • "Balance" means the total amount of funds deposited into and bonuses received in an account.
  • "Bonus Funds" means money received solely under promotional terms, which is subject to separate withdrawal rules.
  • "Terms" means this entire document, as may be amended from time to time.

bg343 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use bg343's services:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older ("for persons aged 21 and above only").
  • You must own a valid and active personal email address and phone number.
  • You must not be the owner of any previously banned or terminated account.
  • You are using the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
Age Verification: bg343 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time using a national ID or other supporting documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

bg343 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its own discretion or for legal or regulatory reasons.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on bg343, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts may be terminated and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is solely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username, password) confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the bg343 support team immediately. bg343 is not liable for any loss resulting from account use by a third party.

3.3 Identity Verification

bg343 may request relevant documents at any time to verify identity, age, and the validity of payment methods. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily restricted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds to bg343 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers through major Bangladeshi banks (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits through any method other than these are not accepted.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits below this amount are not possible.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
  • Deposits and withdrawals may be required to use the same payment method.
  • bg343 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request until identity verification is complete.
  • In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held indefinitely.

4.3 Currency & Transactions

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bg343 is not responsible for any fees or charges applied by the payment provider at the time of a transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus applies to the first deposit of a new account on bg343, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, a bonus of ৳1,200 is added, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳34,000, the bonus is capped at ৳20,000 and your total balance becomes ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each promotion may have its own specific conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been met.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically allow it.
  • bg343 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
  • In the event of a breach of promotion terms, the bonus and all winnings generated from it may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

bg343's VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play, users can gradually advance to higher tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Eligibility for VIP benefits is determined at bg343's sole discretion and may change at any time.

Gameplay Rules

All games on bg343 are operated through third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi). Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG), over which bg343 has no control.

  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bg343 reserves the right to void the relevant round.
  • bg343 is not liable for any losses caused by software errors or connection issues.
  • Any displayed game result will be considered final unless a clear error is confirmed by bg343.
  • The game provider's own terms and conditions may also apply.

User Code of Conduct

To maintain a fair environment on bg343, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraud, system abuse, or the use of any automated software (bots, scripts).
  • Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Collecting other users' personal information or attempting to deceive them.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to bg343's systems or distributing harmful software.
  • Any form of harassment or offensive behavior through the platform.
Consequences: If any of the above violations are detected, bg343 may terminate the account without notice, seize the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

User data may be shared with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • For the purpose of identity verification and fraud prevention.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bg343 is not liable for:

  • Any loss arising from temporary or prolonged disruption of access to the platform.
  • Loss resulting from login credential exposure or account hacking due to the user's own negligence.
  • Outcomes caused by software errors from third-party game providers.
  • Any disruption caused by problems with the user's device or internet connection.
  • Any legal consequences related to online gaming in the user's jurisdiction.

bg343's maximum liability shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by the user in connection with the relevant incident.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by bg343

bg343 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Serious breach of the terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Failure to complete document verification or providing false information.
  • Extended inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Closure Request by User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting bg343 customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

Changes to Terms

bg343 reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users by email or through the platform. However, even if a notification cannot be sent, the updated terms will still take effect, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

The latest terms and conditions will always be available on this page. Users are advised to save a copy of the previous version.
